Welcome to James Partnership.
James Partnership, a niche residential property development company, is based in the heart of the rural, beautiful North York Moors National Park, North Yorkshire.
We acquire our ‘unloved wrecks’ and plots mainly in North Yorkshire, but we also have considerable experience of working within London, Hertfordshire, as well as in Devon where we have undertaken substantial and challenging development schemes resulting in houses of considerable charm and style, showcasing classic architecture with a modern edge. Our standards of design and workmanship are unremittingly high.
The purpose of this website is to visually showcase our own development projects, revealing glimpses of the derelict or redundant properties beforehand, followed by the end results.
