Company owner John James BA (Hons) founded his business in South West London, 1998, initially focusing on the complete renovation, restoration and modernisation of large three-storey Victorian townhouses in Clapham and Tooting.

James Partnership is well versed in reviving historical buildings, including the conversion of former chapels; old barns and stable blocks; redundant farm buildings; period houses (including Georgian, Victorian, Art Deco, Arts and Crafts)- indeed buildings which have either suffered from neglect or which are to encompass ‘change of use’ and become dwellings for the first time. Every development project is our own acquisition, which becomes available for sale on the open market once completed.

In addition, equally we create premium quality ‘new builds’, as per our most recent urban project in the form of neo Georgian townhouses.

The standard of our developments is second-to-none, due in part to the fact that we work in concert with other experienced professionals. We also have gained considerable experience by reviving Listed Buildings, including those within Conservation Areas and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
